Our Mediators and Arbitrators are Rabbinical Judges (Dayanim), with several years of international experience in Halachic Arbitration (Dinei Torah) and Mediation, who hold membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Our panel of Dayanim have learnt in leading Yeshivos, and are experts in a number different areas of Halachah. Moreover, they also have a solid University background.

We are able to offer Arbitration and Mediation either in the presence of a single Dayan, or before a full panel of three Dayanim, both of which are valid according to Torah and Civil law.

Our experts' extensive halachic knowledge, coupled with their interpersonal skills and worldly knowledge enable them to conduct effective Arbitration and Mediation in a timely, cost effective and productive manner.


Dayan Elimelech Vanzetta, שליט"א



Dayan Elimelech Vanzetta learnt at leading Yeshivos in Eretz Yisroel, where he studied a number of different areas of Halachah, and was ordained in both Yoreh Yoreh and Yadin Yadin by the Supreme Rabbinical Court of Israel as well as important contemporary Halachic Authorities. Dayan Vanzetta enjoys a particularly close, and ongoing, relationship with many of today's leading Rabbonim, such as HaRav Asher Weiss, שליט``א; HaRav Noach Orlowek, שליט``א; HaRav Yirmiahu Kaganoff, שליט``א and others.

He is the Director of the European Beth Din, as well as the Director of the Halachic Arbitration and Mediation Centre. Previously, the Dayan was the founding Rabbi of Ahavas Yisrael United Synagogue, Senior Lecturer for US in The City, and Rabbinical and Halachic advisor for the United Synagogue Burial Society, where he collaborated closely with the London Beth Din.

In addition, he is consulted by fellow Rabbis and Dayanim the world over on all aspects of Jewish Law, and has written and published extensively.

Previous roles as a Community Rabbi, Rosh Kollel, Dayan and Secretary General of the Conference of European Rabbis have taken him to different countries in Europe and South America.

Dayan Vanzetta served as Deputy to the Chief Rabbi of Chile, HaRav Yitzchak Shaked, שליט``א, for close to a decade, during which time he had the privilege of sitting in Beth Din proceedings with HaRav Neta Tzvi Greenblatt, שליט``א, Av Beth Din of Memphis (Tennessee, USA), one of the greatest experts in Gittin in the world.


In addition to his rabbinical studies, the Dayan studied Economics, Politics and International Relations at the LSE, Law at the University of Milan (Italy), is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance, and is an accomplished linguist, being fluent and giving constant shiurim in eight languages.
