Our fees are sensible and follow a simple and straightforward sliding scale structure, depending on the size of the claim, in line with industry standards and practice. An initial estimate will be provided for approval by the involved parties, before the commencement of any and all proceedings.

It must be established, prior to the commencement of any proceedings, who is responsible for the payment of our fees. It is common practice, however, for both parties to be equally responsible for arbitration and mediation fees, at fifty percent each. Notwithstanding that, it may be in one party's best interest to cover the costs of the proceedings.

A deposit is required before the commencement of any proceedings.

The full balance of our fees must be paid prior to the issuance of our decision (award).
